The Station offers clean and comfortable rooms, with a cozy atmosphere perfect for families. It's conveniently located a short drive from Jindabyne, although I found the food to be overpriced and the service could use some improvement. Nonetheless, if you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation during the winter, this place could fit the bill for a snow trip.
I stayed at The Station recently, and while it was a decent option for the price, it definitely has its shortcomings. The room was spacious for my family, which was great, and the bathroom, despite being dated, was clean. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired, and I would recommend eating somewhere else. Overall, it’s a budget accommodation, but don’t expect a high-end experience.
Overall, the accommodation was decent but had its limitations. The rooms were spacious with a nostalgic feel, but we struggled with temperature control and a cold bathroom. Dining options were limited during our stay, which affected our experience. However, for the cost, it was manageable if you set your expectations appropriately.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While it’s spacious and warm with decent proximity to the snow, the noise levels from my neighbors and the lack of dining options really took away from my stay. The rooms could also use a bit of an upgrade, especially in terms of soundproofing and some basic amenities.
My experience at The Station was a mixed bag. It was spacious enough for two families, but the accommodations were quite basic and in need of an update. The breakfast was decent for a buffet, but the comfort of the beds really hurt the overall experience. It had some pros like the friendly managers who helped resolve issues, but the drawbacks like poor bedding and cold bathrooms made it less than ideal for a return visit.
